Plan on spending the whole day they are very slow 8 hrs and counting for a xray to see if he had a blockage now been waiting a hour for meds to go home with

Wow, can’t believe how little care was given my dog for poison control. Did not act in any way like it was an emergency and want to charge for unnecessary procedures at emergency prices.

Colleen was incredible during our emergency vet visit. She immediately made me feel at ease in a really stressful situation and took the time to listen and understand what was going on with my senior chihuahua. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate, and I truly appreciated that she didn’t just brush things off because of my dog’s age—she took her health concerns seriously. I would absolutely recommend Colleen to anyone needing emergency care.
